San Antonio Murals is headed by Lisa Moon, and began when Lisa's offer to help a friend redecorate her guest room led to a delightful five-month odyssey of painting murals in every room of the house. Lisa's pursuit of painting began early; as a child, she loved both art and science and would alternate between her colors and her chemistry set, with sometimes lively results. Entering the University of California at Santa Barbara as a Mechanical Engineering major, Lisa segued into Fine Art and received her B.A. in Art History. Her artistic training, plus an inherent love of fine design and sharing art with others, inspired her to establish San Antonio Murals. Lisa also collaborates with her husband, Peter Moon of Paper Moon LLC, to provide her clients with full service in the realms of painting, texturing, cabinetry finishes, wallpaper, and decorative artistry.
